Overview

As a UX Copywriter, you're not just crafting words; you're sculpting the digital experience. You'll become the voice that guides users effortlessly through apps and websites, turning the complex into the intuitive. In collaboration with dynamic teams of UX/UI Designers and Service Designers, you'll refine and innovate microcopy, onboarding processes, tooltips, error messages, and other critical user touch-points.

Your role extends beyond writing; it's about pioneering content design strategies that enhance clarity and cohesion across different products. You'll ensure that every piece of text is not only accessible but also resonates with users, minimising confusion and maximising delight. As a custodian of the user experience, your contributions will elevate brand trust and smooth out the digital journey, making every interaction a reinforcing moment of brand loyalty. 

Tasks include:

• Write and refine UX copy that enhances usability, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Develop content frameworks that standardise language usage across the app.
• Collaborate with designers and researchers to validate copy through user testing.
• Ensure accessibility compliance, making content inclusive and easy to understand.
• Iterate on content based on user feedback and analytics insights.
• Ensure all written content aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.

Requirements: 

• Willing to work on a 12 month contract with the possibility of renewal 
• Proven UX writing skills, with experience in microcopy, interaction flows, and content design.
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and plain language principles.
• Experience working within Agile teams alongside designers and developers.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with UX tools like Figma, Miro, or other collaborative platforms is a plus.
