Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Product Owner to lead technology-enabled business transformation. This is an opportunity to shape strategic outcomes, define product visions, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create real business value.

You’ll be responsible for managing product lifecycles, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that technical teams deliver effective, user-centred solutions. Your insights and leadership will play a key role in turning complex challenges into successful outcomes.

Tasks include:

• Define and prioritise product features to meet business objectives
• Own and manage the product backlog in line with the strategic roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Oversee agile delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product decisions
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve product performance and user experience

Requirements: 

• Willing to work on a 12 month contract with the possibility of renewal 
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-ACP.
• 8+ years in product management or a related field
• Proven success in leading product development and managing end-to-end lifecycles
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership experience
• Familiarity with market research and customer insight gathering
• Banking/financial system experience would be a plus
