Role Overview:

Realm Digital is looking for an experienced and dependable Intermediate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with different teams, keeping projects on track, and ensuring clients have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are managed effectively, and supporting teams with clear guidance and structure. We're looking for someone who is confident, well-organised, and brings a calm, solution-focused approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of multiple digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Plan, coordinate, and track project tasks using tools like ClickUp
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and with clients
• Identify potential risks early and help resolve issues that arise during delivery
• Run planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to support ongoing team effectiveness
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing digital projects
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present updates and manage client expectations
• Well-organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Experience working in agile or fast-moving environments
• Confidence working alongside delivery teams, with a good grasp of the digital delivery process
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience in an agency, consultancy, or similar client-facing environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Figma, and Confluence
  • Project management certifications (Scrum, PMP) are helpful but not essential
