Purpose:
As a Sales Development Representative at Realm Digital, you’ll be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. This role is perfect for a dynamic, outgoing professional who thrives on building connections, through events, cold outreach, and strategic networking.
You'll focus on creating awareness around Realm Digital’s full suite of services and opening doors with potential clients working very closely with our consulting.
Task include:
- Market Engagement: Actively participate in key industry events and forums to enhance company visibility and establish Realm Digital as a thought leader.
- Relationship Development: Utilise traditional business development techniques such as cold calling and networking to build new relationships and open doors to potential business opportunities.
- Client Introduction: Introduce potential clients to the full spectrum of Realm Digital’s services, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how Realm can meet their diverse needs.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads, coordinating with Senior Consultants to ensure a smooth transition for further engagement and deal closure.
- Brand Ambassador: Serve as a representative of Realm Digital’s values and vision in all business interactions, ensuring a consistent and compelling company image.
Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years saas sales experience
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Confident and engaging personality
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
