Scrum Master

Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team.

If you’re passionate about Agile delivery, enjoy building high-performing teams, and thrive in complex environments, this role offers a strategic opportunity to drive meaningful impact across technology programmes.

You will play a pivotal role in leading Agile transformation initiatives across multidisciplinary teams. You’ll champion Agile principles, remove delivery roadblocks, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll help ensure that digital products and services are delivered effectively and efficiently.


Tasks include:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritisation
  • Remove impediments to team progress and foster team accountability
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices
  • Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement
  • Act as a servant leader to promote collaboration and transparency
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions


Requirements: 

  • Willing to work on a 12 month contract with the possibility of renewal 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Preferred: Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in Agile delivery environments
  • Proven experience in leading Scrum teams within complex projects
  • Background in technology or software development
  • Experience in financial services or banking is advantageous
  • Strong track record of facilitating Agile adoption in large organisations
